Ordering Sizes:

When ordering the size for your photographs please remember to pay special attention to
the name of the portrait.  The name generally includes the crop size.  If it says it is a 4x6
crop, there with be drastic cropping if you order the picture in an 8x10, 11x14, or 16x20 size.  
At the end of your order Printroom gives you a final thumbnail picture to review before you
confirm.  What you see is what you get.  If the size you selected crops in too much of the
image or too little for your liking, try another size.  If you cannot seem to solve the problem,
contact KeepSakes by Design for help.



Fine Art Images:

Some images are the result of considerable graphic art and design efforts and are meant to
be printed and viewed at a certain size and on certain paper.  Those images are more
expensive and have a special designation in label name/title.  KeepSakes by Design must
approve all orders prior to printing to ensure quality, but we suggest you contact us on any
image order you are considering that is a size greater than 8x10 or whose design has a
custom border or other special effect.
